Home Try-on policy

We’ve established this policy to keep the Home Try-on service running smoothly. When you order a kit, you agree to the following terms:

1. To return the kit within 15 days (a return label is included for your convenience).
2. Shipping charges aren’t refundable.
3. To return all of the frames when you’re finished, and return them in good condition.
4. That if you decide to purchase a frame from the Home Try on Kit, we offer no refunds on your order because you’ve already had a chance to review the frames with no obligation.
